in Whitesboro, New York. As an enhancement to their current 48,000-square-foot
facility housing 7 laboratories the company transformed unfinished space into a
1,800-square-foot state-of-the-art Immunoassay laboratory, where they will conduct
pharmacokinetic and immunogenicity testing.

deadly and debilitating diseases. We see this expansion as another opportunity to

meet the evolving needs of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology communities."

Looking to the future, Prevalere considers this expansion to be Phase I of a two
phase project. During laboratory construction, foundations and framework were
completed for a possible second expansion. By completing this preliminary work,
Prevalere is poised to meet future demand increases with a second new laboratory
that could be up and running within 60 days notice. Prevalere has relocated their
current team of immunoassay scientists to this new wing of the facility, and plans
to hire more scientists in this area as the company continues to grow. Twenty
employees were added in 2007, and seven more employees have been added this year to
date.
